Up to city centre is about 6 stops by train. The nearest public transport are the buses 124,126,273, N136 and Grove Park and Mottingham rail stations. Trains are faster to go to the centre of London (as in any other big city) so if you want or for any reason have to use buses please be noticed that that takes much longer to come to my place or go to the city centre
